Mineral fibre
Applications
Fire rated Mineral Fibre Panels are the ideal solution for wall and ceiling applications in hygienic chill and ambient environments where internal temperatures are above 0°C. The panel provides the optimum balance between fire performance, cost and weight. The ideal choice when fire resistance and hygiene are essential.
Core
Mineral Fibre is a high quality non-combustible bonded Rockwool with a
~
vertical fibre structure, which provides high shear, compression and tensile strengths. The panels ensure a high insulation value, excellent fire resistance and acoustic performance. The Rockwool core is water repellent, free of (H) CFC's and fully recyclable. Completely vermin and rot proof and does not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Fire Performance
Mineral Fibre is a non-combustible core providing Fire Resistance of up to 4 hours.

Facing
Panels are finished with steel facings with a wide range of coatings available including Foodsafe laminate / polyester, PVF2 and HPS200.
Jointing
The panels have high performance male / female interlocking metal facings to provide a secure and consistent joint detail. The interlocking joint, sealed with silicone, encapsulates the core ensuring total parity and a continuous anti-bacterial barrier.
